This tool estimates outstanding payments for indefinite private-sector employment under the general regime. It uses inclusive dates, gross salaries and confirmed vacation and Christmas bonus balances.
The severance rate depends on completed years and applies to recognized years, capped at eight. A fraction over six months adds a payable year. Served notice is not paid again.

What to keep in mind
- Not for public employment, domestic work, fixed-term contracts, retirement, death or special regimes. Medical leave, other leave, periods before March 2001 and prior payments require individual review. FCL, solidarity-association funds and deductions are not calculated.
